I found that to maximise my chances of getting better I had to change my lifestyle too.
I incorporated the following into my days:
- Enough sleep
- high nutrient food
- Daily meditation
- Daily Yoga
- Daily exercise
- Weight training
- Walking
- Jogging
- Mindfulness
- Gratitude
- Nature appreciation
- Reiki
- Regular massage
- Playing music
- Daily writing
- A little sunshine when available
- Laughter
- Rest and relaxation
- gardening
- making over my house
I removed anything stressful that was possible to remove
This included :
- all smelly household cleaning chemicals
- smelly clothes washing detergents
- smelly paint
- shower gel
- shampoo
- some skin make up
- hair dye
- stressful people,
- stressful jobs
- trying to do too much
- perfume -sadly but Yasmina ( aka The Low Histamine Chef) just bought me a perfume I can tolerate ! 🙂
