I found that to maximise my chances of getting better I had to change my lifestyle too.

I incorporated the following into my days:

  • Enough sleep
  • high nutrient food
  • Daily meditation
  • Daily Yoga
  • Daily exercise
  • Weight training
  • Walking
  • Jogging
  • Mindfulness
  • Gratitude
  • Nature appreciation
  • Reiki
  • Regular massage
  • Playing music
  • Daily writing
  • A little sunshine when available
  • Laughter
  • Rest and relaxation
  • gardening
  • making over my house

I removed anything stressful that was possible to remove

This included :

  • all smelly household cleaning chemicals
  • smelly clothes washing detergents
  • smelly paint
  • shower gel
  • shampoo
  • some skin make up
  • hair dye
  • stressful people,
  • stressful jobs
  • trying to do too much
  • perfume -sadly but Yasmina ( aka The Low Histamine Chef) just bought me a perfume I can tolerate ! 🙂
