Green smoothie for my breakfast of celery, kale, lambs lettuce, cucumber, some mixed bean sprouts, a small banana and some water. Actually delicious! If you want it sweeter try adding some fresh pineapple!

Scenario : Consulting room. Me and Consultant Biochemist: Me on a voyage of discovery as to why I was putting on weight at a rate of knots but, by accident, who was actually more interested in the plethora of things going wrong with my body. Things to which I had largely given up trying to find any answers. He was convinced that all my symptoms were linked. We create our bodies every day by what we put into them. I do not think I really thought about this over much until things started going very wrong with my body and this simple fact was pointed out to me by my then consultant.
